A viewer asks, "Hey Mr Skull, do you guys alter the photos of your jewelry for sale using Photoshop?"
Answer: Sometimes, we will add watermarks and adjust contrast or lighting, depending on the quality of the images, using a simple software program. We do not fix imperfections or scratches, etc, with Photoshop. Mr SNR does not even know how to use the program. Some photos provided by various designers are touched up with Photoshop, usually to clean up minor swirls, unwanted reflections (i.e. the photographer showing up in the jewelry piece) or lint material. Mr SNR asks them not to do it, so many of the newer pieces are not touched up per our request.
